Research contract awarded to Development Action and Ziegler Consulting
Lee Sentes and Ben Ziegler have won a contract from the BC Non-Profit Sector Labour Market Partnership Project to research and report on NGO networks utilizing CSI's Constellation Model of governance and partnership.
Technical language aside, the constellation model offers a lightweight means to operate a network of likeminded organizations. The focus is to create an environment within which groups can self organize and follow both their strengths and their passions.
The Project is current housed within Vancouver Foundation, so this is an excellent opportunity for both Ben and Lee. The project wraps up in March with the production of a guidebook for supporting constellation models in BC.
