Lee hired as Associate Faculty at RRU

Royal Roads University has been on the Development Action radar since we launched in Canada back in 2012. The Masters of Global Leadership program has been a particular interest to both Kath and I. RRU's new MA program aims to fill a gap for those who want traditional leadership training fine-tuned for the particular arena of working in NGOs engaged in international development.

Having worked internationally since 1996, and spending a lot of that time working in the international development field supporting NGO networks, this is a great opportunity to reflect on experience and translate that into MA level curriculum.  I will be developing curriculum alongside Wendy Rowe and Eduardo Rivas, focusing on three course areas:

• Social Structure and Dynamics within Social Purpose Organizations
• Strategic Analysis and Decision Making
• Business Development and Change Management within Social Purpose Organizations
